Who we are

Agent Pulse is a reminder service for Malaysian insurance agents. It reads your policy list from your insurer's agent portal and sends you a daily summary in Telegram. You can reach us any time through the demo bot on Telegram — a human replies.

What we collect

• Your Telegram user ID and chat ID, so we can send you messages.
• Your agent-portal login credentials, used only to read your policy list.
• Your policy list as shown in the portal: policy holder names, dates of birth, policy numbers, premiums, due dates and statuses.
• Customer records you choose to add yourself (for example travel-insurance customers), including any fields you paste in.
• Messages you send to the bot, for support and service operation.

How we use it

• To produce and send your daily reminder message in Telegram.
• To answer your commands (policy lists, premium totals, customer records).
• To operate, maintain and secure the service.

What we never do

• We never message your clients. Every reminder goes only to your Telegram.
• We never sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
• We never use your portal access for anything other than reading your policy list.

Storage and security

Credentials are submitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted. The database is encrypted at rest, and backups are uploaded encrypted to Cloudflare R2 (APAC region where available). Access is limited to the service operator.

Retention

If you close your account, your data — credentials, policy list and customer records — is deleted within 30 days. Encrypted backup copies rotate out automatically within a further 30 days.

Your rights under PDPA

You may request access to your personal data, correct it, or withdraw consent and delete it at any time by messaging us through the bot. Withdrawal stops the service, since the reminders depend on reading your policy list.

The public demo bot

The demo bot (@AgentPulseDemoBot) uses fictional sample data only. Anything you type into it is visible to the operator for support purposes, so please don't paste real client information there.

• 绝不联系你的客户。所有提醒只发到你自己的 Telegram。
• 绝不出售个人资料,或与第三方分享用于营销。
• 绝不用你的登录资料做读取保单列表以外的任何事。

存储与安全

登录资料通过 HTTPS 加密提交并加密存储。数据库静态加密,备份加密后上传至 Cloudflare R2(尽可能使用亚太区域)。仅限服务运营者访问。

保留期限

如果你关闭账户,你的数据——登录资料、保单列表和客户记录——将在 30 天内删除。加密备份副本将在此后 30 天内自动轮换删除。

你在 PDPA 下的权利

你可以随时通过机器人联系我们,要求查阅、更正你的个人资料,或撤回同意并删除数据。撤回同意后服务将停止,因为提醒功能依赖于读取你的保单列表。

关于公共演示机器人

演示机器人(@AgentPulseDemoBot)仅使用虚构的模拟数据。你在其中输入的任何内容对运营者可见(用于客服),请勿粘贴真实客户资料。
